About the station
Sandnes centrum station is the main station in Sandnes, and was built in 1955. The station is located close to the city centre.
The old station further south is only used by local trains, and has changed its name to Skeiane.
Sandnes thus has two stations: Sandnes sentrum (all trains) and Sandnes station (only local trains).
