About the station
Harestua stop was called Furumo until December 2013 and was opened in 1984 as a result of large housing construction in the area.
The stop is the only stop on the Harestua.
Former Harestua station is today only crossing track and given the name Monsrud crossing track.
From the Harestua stop there are marked hiking trails in both Romeriksåsene and Nordmarka.
The stop offer universal design.
